Nojus Sungaila
NORU started because we kept noticing the same thing. Big agencies often move slowly.
A lot of brands want to reach young people, but still don’t really understand how we think, talk, joke, scroll, ignore things, or decide what is worth our attention. For us, youth culture is not a trend report. It’s the internet we grew up with. Group chats, memes, random TikToks, weird humour, things that make no sense until they suddenly do.
So we built NORU to help brands connect with people our age in a way that feels more natural. Less forced. Less “hello, fellow kids.” More like something that actually belongs in the fyp.

Frustrated by agencies that pushed trends over truth, Zara set out to build something different.
In 2020, she founded Humanly — a design and marketing studio that puts people back at the center of branding.
Zara has helped startups and established businesses alike find their voice and show up with confidence.
Today, Humanly is more than just an agency — it’s Zara's vision of how design should feel: clear, bold, and deeply human.

For me, NORU started from the belief that creativity should not live separately from business growth.
A lot of brands either play it too safe or try too hard to look young. Both usually miss the point. Young people do not care because something is “trendy.” They care when something feels real, well-timed, visually interesting, and actually worth noticing.
I wanted to build an agency where creative ideas are not just there to look nice, and strategy is not just there to fill a presentation. They have to work together.
